1. The LOOSE MOOSE Cottage- offers a gourmet buffet for Dinner and Breakfast in their Enchanted Cottage Themed Family Restaurant. Every Weekend Nights they have a different theme. On Saturday nights they have Surf and Turf for $21.99 per adult and $8.99 per kid. AJ and I had a blast on their CRABLEGS! For lunch they have an eat-all-you-can salad. Or you can order from their menu.





2. CAMP CRITTER BAR and GRILL- they serve Lunch and Dinner. AJ and I loved their SHE CRAB SOUP. It was so good it was gone in seconds. Order this if you love Crab for $5.95 only. I'm not happy with the Wings at all. Disappointed Big Time! The hubs was happy with the Reuben Sandwich and Onion Rings.

3.PIZZA HUT EXPRESS--- They offer Grab and Go breakfast, Pizza and a lot more. Pizza lovers out there need not to worry. You're covered hehe...

4. SPIRIT ISLAND SNACK SHOP--- You won't have to go out of the water park. They offer a wide variety of snacks such as nachos, hot dogs, pizzas, frozen drinks and a lot more.

5. BEAR CLAW CAFE--- Starbucks is conveniently served in Bear Paw for your Caffeine fix. They also offer Homemade Fudge, Assorted Pastries, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Assorted Candies and EDY'S Ice Cream. (Ice cream is very important since AJ always scream for Ice Cream hahaha...)

6. RACCOON LAGOON BAR and GRILL--- located in their outdoor area. This is Seasonal! Opens May-September!

What I love about Great Wolf Lodge!

*** Check-in begins at 4Pm but you can arrive as early as 1Pm to pre-register and begin using the water park and other amenities.

*** I love the multi-function armband the most because it's easy to use and with it you have access to everything. You don't have to carry money, credit cards or even a room key card. What a great idea! It was just the best ever!!! FANTASTIC!!!

*** The water park is AWESOME! They had a variety of rides. It was safe, clean and very KID friendly. The lifeguards stayed close by all the time. For your safety you still have to watch your kids though.

*** They offer a spectrum of dining options for everyone. (I'll blog about this next time)

*** For your Swim Suit Attire and any other essentials for your swimming needs you can get it from BEAR ESSENTIALS located at the water park.

*** Check out is at 11 AM but you're still allowed to enjoy the water park facilities until closing. (Water parks closed at 9PM) Just pack a small bag with your swimming gear and leave your luggage locked in your car.

The Birthday Celebrant enjoying her day! A Day to Remember!


Great Wolf Lodge is a full service family Resort. Known for their indoor water park. With 300,000 gallons of swirling, sloshing, sliding water activities to boast, makes it one of Americas largest water park. They are open all year round with an 84 F temperature inside the water park. They even have an enormous outdoor water park for the summer. Or if the weather permit they open as early as May and last until September.

We paid $485.95 for a one night stay. The water park passes were included with the Family Fireplace Suite which had a balcony/Patio. It was a bit pricey being a Weekend and Valentines day. We also celebrated AJ's birthday there since it's on the 15th. The hubs and the little one was able to use the water park on the 14th and 15th so it was all worth it.

TIP! Book your travel on a Weekday or better yet at least 4-6 months in advance for a better and affordable price. I had a friend who went there on a Wednesday (family 0f 4) and only paid $250++ for one night.

The entire experience was a delight! We had a blast at Great Wolf Lodge. Highly Recommended! For the meantime let me search for a Luminox watch for my Dad. He's very fond of this! Have a Nice Weekend Y' All! See Yah! TATA!

Spring is finally here! Summer is just around the corner. So I did what I had to do and booked us another Caribbean Cruise this coming August. We're off to the Western Caribbean side this time. Jamaica, here we come! Meaning I have to at least look decent for my swim suit. I am actually thinking of a Cosmetic Surgery Information right now. I might need this in the future who knows?
And yeah, I'm willing to travel a long distance just to ensure my surgery is done by a competent and reputable center. I have this excess fat around my stomach from pregnancy. So if I'm not able to trim this through exercise I might consider a nip tuck. Yeah, I'm VAIN! SO???

Cooking on a budget!

When it comes to food, cutting cost doesn't have to mean cutting corners. Delicious dinner can still be within your budget. Stay in, save money and eat great. This is working great for us. Once in a while we still go out just to escape from the confines of our home. Hihi... Since we bought the Salad Master I've been cooking our meals at least 5x a week and I've noticed a big difference with our finances. Even the hubs is happy. I guess we're off to a good start. Why didn't I think of this before? Well it's not too late isn't it? Since I think I'm doing a good job with keeping up with the budget I was thinking of getting a multiple domain to establish my own site. I have been blogging since August of 2007 with free hosted sites. Wouldn't it be neat to have another one say like a food blog or fashion blog. Ok, I'm not saying I'm an expert with any of those but just thinking about it makes me giddy and feel like I want to start already. Why not? Everyone is entitled to their opinion and can do whatever they want no matter what. Right? Alright, Im off to search for a new webhosting. Hope to find a good one. My Whining Child!

Since when did kindergarten have homework? I remember when I was one and the only thing we did was play, learn, nap but no homework. That was a long time ago. LOL! Now it's different. AJ has to do her homework everyday. They were given a homework calendar for each month. The problem is she doesn't like doing it so the hubs and I try to bribe her with a quarter (25 cents) every time she finish one. But it doesn't work all the time. There was one time where her homework was to count all the shoes that we had (All shoes for the three of us). Her response was a big "UGH!" "This is going to be the worst day ever!". I'm like "AJ, you haven't even started and yet you're complaining already. What's your problem?".

AJ: This is going to take forever. You have a thousand shoes. (Ok! She's exaggerating peeps!) LOL!

4. It took me six years before I finally had the guts to get my Drivers License.

5. I love Road Trips and I prefer 3-4 hours drive! I think driving is a good way to save money the key is to pick a destination that's just a few hours' drive away. Don't you agree? I got this LINDTS Petits Dessert for free. Can you believe that? You can also get this for yourself if you're a member of their Chocolate Connoisseur's Club that is. Membership is free so you got nothing to loose. If you're a chocolate lover like the hubs this might be good for you. Nothing beats Free Stuff. Right? Life is still good! Hehee... Every $15 you spend you'll get one stamp. The first 3 stamps got me a small bar of lindts chocolate. I've accumulated 9 stamps already, now I got the Petits Dessert. Four more stamps then I'll get a 19 oz bag of lindor truffles. (My choice) Isn't free stuff just the best? Aj can't wait to eat it since it's all for her. The hubs can't have some so he just have to stick with the White Chocolate. Hehee... Before I go further I have to check some plastic inserts for the hubs.

As per AJ's request we went to eat at her favorite Chinese Restaurant which is Grand Asia Buffet. They have more than a 100 dishes to choose from and a wonderful sushi bar. Which the hubs and I gets to enjoy all the time. Although, I'm not as adventurous as the hubs eating raw sushi I'm happy to eat anything with cream cheese, eel and should be fully cooked. Any Chinese Restaurant that offers Clam, fried banana is a winner for me haha... I know ang babaw ko! Bleh!





Then here comes my AJ: Hey Guys! Don't eat too much or else you'll turn into PIGS!

The hubs and I were like What??? LOL! She must have seen us ate too much. Tsk! I guess anybody can just loose control when you eat at buffet restaurants. Moderation is a must hahaha... Well Goodluck!!!

In times like this I just wish the hubs was able to capture it on video so we could just watch it over and over if we wanted something to laugh about and we can also send it to her grand parents to see how funny she can be at times hahaha…. I googled the word MAARTE and here's what I found. There's no direct translation of the word. But usually, Maarte is used to describe a girl (most of the time) who acts too girly or flirty. It's also used to describe people who care too much about a certain things, mainly about their looks but also being a perfectionist. If people notice that you care a lot about a certain thing, they could possibly call you MAARTE.

So, basically girly, flirty, and sometimes perfectionists are used to define the

I'm TIRED!!!

I've been very busy this past few days trying to organize things around the house. The house was a complete mess! Shoes, Bags, Coats and Sunglasses are everywhere. (The hubs was not happy at all! Tsk!!!) I'm trying to relocate all my stuff but I don't know where to put them. Mission Organization??? So Impossible!!! Ugh!!! I just realize now I have too many JUNKS!

Oh Boy!!!

Oh Boy! Who would have thought we're going to get snow again (yes again!). Ugh!!! To tell you honestly, I'm not fond of the snow. So is the hubs. The only one who's happy is my darling doll. She thought SNOW = FUN. (No school. She can stay home. Play all day... Bug mom and dad to go out to play) What she doesn't know was she would have to use some days of spring break as make up classes. This aggravates me. Well I have plans too. Just so you know alright. I just hope the snow days would stop soon or else we would end up using all of the spring break days for make up class. Grrrr!!!
