With the economy we are facing today, all of us have to make choices about how we spend our money. Wise choices allows us to build our wealth and eventually achieve financial independence. Lately, I've been spending like crazy to my husbands dismay so he suggested that we should invest our money in Bank CD Rates instead of unnecessary things.
